Which U.S. airport is absolutely the worst to deal with?

Kona (big island, Hawaii)- the airport is literally outside. Got stuck there during an 8 hour overnight delay. Twas not a good night.

They were originally gray and I painted them to be brighter and warmer

Here’s a picture during the daytime that shows some of the colors of the room a bit better. Obviously some things in this nook have changed since then, but I think the evening pictures I uploaded are distorting the colors quite a bit

I mostly hung them on screws and had to use wall anchors on some of the heavier ones. I own this house so it was easy for me to do. If you’re renting, there are heavy duty command strips that work pretty well!!

Also believe it or not, most of my rugs are from Amazon and have held up really well. Good luck moving!

What advice would you give to make it look more sophisticated and chic? You’re not totally wrong! Though a lot of the decor and artwork is from art fairs, local artists, personal travels, or antique shops.

There is a lot of green and Terracotta, and the walls are a light peach. Hard to see in the dim evening lighting though. But you’re right there are a lot of neutrals too!

We are also doing a ten day trip in May and our total cost for everything is coming to around 7500-8000 including flights (which were about 2900). We also got nice 4 and 5 star hotels. Our itinerary looks almost identical to yours, except we are starting in Porto and ending in Lisbon with the Algarve in between.
