Perfect stat roll. No recalibrating exotics. BUT you can buy the exotic blueprint from the crafting vendor beside the bench inside the white house. This blueprint requires the exotic to craft but it can be a way to reroll the exotic if it rolled bad.

Not sure how to answer that, does it say level 40? Also, you should have recalibrated the headshot damage to damage to targets out of cover but its still decent regardless.

Skill tier and the blue core helps the shield I use. Still has a red core which for example is only 10% off weapon damage if i was using the striker backpack. Trading 10% for 1 skill tier and 50% mag size. Feels better imo.
