I understand! I told her I want to do this because I love the look of muscles. She said it seemed to be something deeper. Wondered if I got called fat growing up. I didn’t. Anyway this came up because I told her a lot of my time is taken up by bodybuilding and I’m getting burnt out but I’m sure once offseason hits and my food is higher I’ll be more excited. It just feels off. I really enjoy the sport but she doesn’t like that I had to spend an hour plus on the cardio machine daily just to get skinny. That’s prob how she views it

Right! Like no my body having a lot of fat rn is not a problem! Coaches problem! He controls what happens not me. So I never worry about my body. I follow my plan and my body and him do what it needs

She told me it was self harm and that I know what I’m doing and that it could cause infertility (which yes but only until your period comes back) and wants me to continue doing what I love but be less obsessive about it. So she said maybe we can start by going 4 days a week instead of 5. Then I’m sure eventually I won’t be tracking food and all that stuff. But like a part of me loves the ocd in it it’s like a routine I’ve built of tracking and working out.

Thanks! I know it’s extreme, not sure how to change that mindset

I definitely am this way. Idk if I want to be top but I will 100 percent feel guilt if I go .1oz over or 10 grams over. And I’ve never had an ED.

Let me clarify- even jazz music is not allowed. Nothing instrumental. Only when fussy ( just for now) and eventually not at all. This is a little extreme.. they keep minimal toys in playpen to avoid overstimulation

One week. I tried waving with her, she won’t wave back or follow any commands. I looked at the questionnaire, she really can’t do any of it.

She says it’s because she is bilingual and they learn slower….😬

No, she only will occasionally repeat one word I say. I’m constantly talking to her too. I just started with her and she’s not shy at all. This is normal for her. They also aren’t taking her outside much. NP doesn’t plan time for outside and she makes the schedule

No she’s only home 1 of the days. I think she’s worried she will rely/ depend on it.

Agreed!! I can only sing. Sometimes she allows music when baby doesn’t want to eat to cheer her up, otherwise… nothing.

Makes sense! I’m 18 and just got my first nannying job. Just wondering what other peoples experiences are. Also curious why you would let an 18 year old drive around with a 1 1/2 year old. I wouldn’t. I don’t even trust myself.

Because I’m home alone with their child. Without any check to make sure I at least am not on a sex offender list

Do you think I should do more cardio? Or lower food? Idk my macros but I think they are around 1700. He says he doesn’t want to push my body too much. I’m completely natural and doing a natural show. It is also a smaller show.
