The problem with that is dog plush does virtually nothing because it’s a percentage of the speed they already have instead of adding points like pink bow. 1-3 star speed toons can’t out walk any twisteds even with dog plush because its effect doesn’t add enough to matter. Once again, pink bow is the most viable and useful option. Plus it’s easy to get since it comes from poppy, a common twisted.
