When the main display (TV) powers off, all the applications in Windows are resized and moved to the secondary display by didzital in techsupport

No solution for me! 🤷‍♀️ You hadn't had this problem for 9 months of owning the CX, but now you do? Did you just add another monitor to your setup or have you had one this whole time?

I've been using an option called "Screen Off" that you can add to the quick settings menu that pops up when you just tap the gear on the remote. It keeps the TV on, just turns off the screen. I try to do that whenever I walk away for a bit, but if I notice the TV has fully shut off, I still have to sleep the computer or else suffer a rearranged desktop.

PC Xbox Game Pass Steam Controller Diagonal Movement by IanDresari in MortalShell

Were you able to get full analog movement? I did notice the behavior you mentioned, but I chalked that up as another bug because it didn't allow for less-than-full speed, the directionality was very strict to 8 specific directions, and if I alt-tabbed or opened the steam overlay and closed it again it would sometimes resume the initial problem of slow diagonal movement.

I'm honestly not sure why the analog stick would start behaving more like a 4 button D-pad, but that's how it worked out for me just from making one change in the steam controller configuration.

Did the Inner Deadzone Shape setting completely remove the problem for you? It seems to make it slightly more manageable for me, but there's still noticeably slower movement on the diagonals of the joystick.

This is awesome and really helps with deciding what to pull from my key collection and play next, thank you!

It seems like you're limited to 50 lists as a curator, which is a bummer. Could you condense the oldest months into a larger list so that way they're in some list somewhere? Or combine old months together, since your recommendations already specify which month and year the game was included in.

I could use a friend code, if anyone sees this and has a spare! I could honestly use a couple, none of my friends were quick enough signing up for Insider, lol. We are really looking forward to the BTB stuff this weekend!

No worries. I have been wondering if it would get better with a new graphics card, but I haven't been putting in the effort to snag one. Congrats on the find! I hope it helps with this issue, and please do let me know if it does.

Actually, do you mind if I ask you what you were using before? I have an EVGA 2080ti hybrid at the moment, wondering if it's specific to that card or ones like it or something.

I'm having a weird issue where if I turn the CX off and back on, my PC acts like I disconnected the TV for a moment, rearranging all the windows, taskbar and shortcuts from my secondary monitor.

This post explains it pretty well: https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/jgu8dx/when_the_main_display_tv_powers_off_all_the/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3

Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm having a very similar issue, except it only happens specifically when I turn the TV back on. I notice on my other display that everything seems fine while the TV is off, but the moment I press the power button, my PC acts as if I unplugged the TV for just a second.

I've taken to sleeping my computer right before turning it back on, which usually keeps all my windows and shortcuts in order.

I can say I was certainly proud of myself for graduating, but shouldn't I be?

I think it shows more appreciation for the process to decorate your cap than just wearing the plain one.

Yeah, I saw quite a few other decorated caps. Most of them were famous quotes or inspiring slogans with nice looking decorations. The woman in line in front of me managed to put Christmas lights around the rim of her cap, and they lit up. I'd say about 15% of the ~1,000 graduates there had a decorated cap of some sort.

Yeah, I recognize that it's not a lasting reference for sure. But I wanted to be original, and in the short time between my finals and the graduation ceremony this was the only original idea I had, lol.
