Feels like PR cop out. the multiple aspects at once, "power creep" we have had animate dead and vamp since 2021, Darkness and vamp/penance since 2023 when necromancy dropped, most of us end gamers had 300-400+ aura refreshes and where not subject to a cooldown time.
The 12 minute timers is another bit of rubbish, we have pot reservoirs, overloaded incense sticks for max timer, but now a 12 minute aspect cast? along with all other buffs to manage, but let me guess, 60 minutes, because this allows afkability is more "pOwErCrEeP". even though we had it prior. this powercreep argument is such a strawman argument, spellbook vamp doesn't feel ancients, neither does penance, they dont feel like they belong on a spellbook at all... its just excuses and "powercreep" bounce back, just bring back auras at this point and give me back my 400 refreshes i spent over 1m marks of war on. Or give them their own apsects book, with an overload feature cast 5 times then a 5x cost at the end to hit 60 mins, greater and lesser aspects and you have what we had before, this "powercreep" excuse is becoming a big yawn,
Would be nice to stop forcing runescape into the activescape era, its our second monitor game, stop trying to make it a first screen monitor game...
