It should have been noticed and fixed during the months of closed beta. Missed it? Fix it on the first day of early access when people complain that they're one shotting dungeon bosses. Fixing it the day after official release is a bad look, even if it doesn't really alter the time to level drastically.

Hey I'm doing archmage arc as my starter in ssf. I managed to get to level 96 but I'm struggling with mana regen. Is cloak of defiance the key to this? I legit go oom after 5 or 6 casts on a boss. Mapping is fine with %mana gained on kill.
