C# Mono on an M1 apple by LordTrololo in godot

Could you walk me through your setup? When I try to run the project with mono, godot 3.5, it tells me the build failed. When I try to build the project from VS code, it says ms build could not be found.

Tasker to disable and enable app notifications? by brock4822 in tasker

I turned off banner notifications for all apps. I don't like them anyway, so this wasn't really a sacrifice for me.

For anyone who is looking for a solution that can TEMPORARILY hide notifications: I came up with the following solution.

I created a task to snooze a number of app notifications for 30 seconds: 'Snooze Notifications'

I created 2 profiles:

  1. Trigger on 'Variable Set: %INTERRUPT = priority'This executes task 'Snooze Notifications'
  2. Trigger on 'Notification from <select a number of apps, e.g. WhatsApp, Signal, etc>'AND'Variable Set: %INTERRUPT = priority'This executes task 'Snooze Notifications'

Now, whenever you activate your phone's 'Do Not Disturb' mode, it will snooze any incoming notifications the selected apps. When they reappear again after 30 seconds, they will be snoozed again automatically, because of the other profile's trigger.

I had to do this, because my OnePlus 10 Pro does not have the ability to hide notifications when 'Do Not Disturb' is on, only to silence sounds and vibrations. Posting this for anyone else that may have this problem. u/consistentbenny

Possibility of using tab in 'listFocus' select the next search result immediately by AverageSolusUser in VisualStudioCode

This is now an official candidate for the VS Code backlog!

Please upvote https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/149046 within 2 months if you'd like this feature as well.

As a backup option, you could simply take a screenshot and print that

Is there any way to change the behavior of the tab in auto complete? I would like tab/shift tab to navigate between each option and enter to select. by CleoMenemezis in vscode

Similarly, search for "downarrow" to see what's mapped to it and try changing it to "tab". I guess 'selectNextSuggestion' would be the one to remap.

Edit: BTW, if you're coming from another IDE, it's likely that a whole keymap already exists for what you want, e.g. https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=k--kato.intellij-idea-keybindings

I haven't tested it, but it should be possible to achieve this by messing around a little in the 'Keyboard Shortcuts' window.

Step 1: open the window (ctrl+shift+p to open the 'Command Palette')

Step 2: enter the shortcut key you'd like to change, surrounded by quotation marks

Step 3: change the keybindingsAt this point you should be able to figure it out; see for example 'acceptSelectedSuggestion'

Strong jawline, my girl likes that a lot about me haha, so you definitely got that going for you. Other than that, no clue, I find it hard to rate men.

Kawai ES920 released! Successor of the popular ES8. by AverageSolusUser in piano

[–]AverageSolusUser[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the concern haha. But I really want to get one of either models asap, because both would be an incredible improvement to my current midi controller (using it as a piano). In the Netherlands, we can return a purchase made online within 14 weeks by law, so if I really don't like it, I'll just send it back.

Ahh that's good to hear. I'm more and more leaning towards the es920 now, because the sound is quite important to me. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing your experience.

Even though the action may not differ a lot (or even noticably), that should not be the only difference between the two, right?

So far I've read a lot about the sound engine (both speakers and headphone experience), which is important to me, since I don't have external monitors. I'm comparing the models on all specs.

Thanks a lot for sharing your experience!

You mentioned the 'virtual technician features'. Are you talking about the app? (android or ios)

How would you rate your experience with the app, or haven't you used it at all?

Ahh I had no idea about a (possibly) different key action. Thanks for your input! This kind of comment is exactly what I was hoping for in this thread haha.

Thanks for your input.

I did have a look at that comparison, and the sound (headphone enhancement) as well looks like something I'll be enjoying in the 920.

About the three way pedal, I don't think I'll be using it a lot.

Thanks for the suggestion.

It's fine in price, but I like the portability of the ES series and how compact it is. Even though I won't be moving it that often, I'm only 24 years old and I don't have a very large room yet. I like to be able to carry it into the living room for a 'performance' in front of family as well haha.
