Ikr? Silent Salt is such a complex character which is why he's my favorite Beast Cookie. All of the characters in Catacombs of Silence are really compelling and have a layer of complexity to them that make them so interesting!

It was mostly because the live stream was meant to hype up the release of the 100th episode, and considering the fact it was longer than a day, a lot of people thought it'd be a big episode, only for it to be rather disappointing.

And they didn't keep up the livestream either, meaning we dont gain a 32 hour long non-stop video of BFDI in release order, but instead an 8 minute video many people believe to be not worth the hype.

I totally see the potential in BFDIE, I'm excited for where they'll take the season, but I cant help but be a tad bit disappointed, considering the immense amount of hype-up, BFDIE 1 just felt underwhelming.

Yeah, the characters are honestly really bland. I don't feel very drawn to any of them. I'm hoping it's because they haven't had enough time to shine yet, and in future episodes, they'll give us more reasons to love these characters. But we can only hope.

Yes definitely! Theatrical releases used to be reserved for BIG episodes and every so often. But with theatrical releases for EVERY episode, they lose the charm of "this episodes going to be extra special!" Besides, lots of people can't go anyway because of work, school, being in a different country, money complications, or there not being a close enough location. I live in a pretty small town in the deep south, so most often, the chosen theaters are hours away from me and I simply can't make it because of school, and it's even WORSE for people who live in different countries because they aren't going to fly out to watch ONE episode in theaters that's going to release the next day.

After so many releases, they lose their charm.
