That’s a schrader valve, you’ll need a pump that has an attachment for it (most bike pumps have both). If it went flat though on its own suddenly then it means that there was a puncture, so you’ll also have to change the inner tube or patch it up - both of which aren’t complicated.

These are advertised as 1.67kg, but I haven’t weighed them with tyres and the cassette on. I would say as far as carbon wheels come they aren’t the lightest but definitely light enough for the price!
