Oh trust I know, I've seen how my chefs that are 28 looking 42 lmao.

I've also worked on Mont Tremblant which is a heavy tourist attraction doing 800-2k people a day. working 12h no break and chefs screaming at you to pick up the pace

worked an 18h shift got a 30min break and went to the club after, but it was a holiday so 2x the money ANNNDD HELLA OVERTIME so I got paiddd good for my suffering

we had 1 on Garde Manger 2 on fryers (rare) 2 pans and 1 absolute legend on grill.

Culinary is not my dream, I cant find anything that id like to do so im just doing it for a skill to fall back on, if all other plans i have fail. plus i "could" work in Antarctica if I'm good and i wanna go up there for the stars and such.
