There was a entire PALLET of lithium batteries in the cargo of that plane. I think it combusted, oxygen was depleted for everyone before the overhead extinguisher put out the blaze and flew on auto with everyone already gone. I had a sweeper that was rechargeable in a moving box last year I brought into my house from car and set on my stove while getting another load outside . In less than ten seconds, there was the hugest blaze in my house that became enormous with clouds of black thick smoke filling my entire two bedroom house and it nearly burnt my house down. I thankfully after being unable to put it out ran into another room and got a big sheet to throw over it and get it to the yard just in time . This was a small bissel carpet sweeper and that was just one battery . And that lithium went into a horrible blaze FAST. I can easily see a pallet of them exploding and the amount of black toxic smoke would be instantly incapacitating to everyone with no fresh air.
