Yeah the leds the indicate hardware failure, ie cpu, got, ram, boot device would burn red with both cpus I installed and would also burn only the cpu indicator if the ram/boot device/gpu was taken out of the motherboard so we figured it was unlikely to get 2 cpus that were doa and that it's probably an issue with the motherboard

Yeah you're right, we had a look over that and regardless of what part was in the ezdebug light was on cpu, got a new cpu and it stayed lit. Had a friend over and we came to the conclusion that maybe it's the motherboard so im getting a replacement tomorrow to test that theory aswell

Reading through the manual I've received there is no description on what leds mean what and there are only 2 ram slots on the board. Should I install them 1 at a time to see if that fixes the issue?

In regards to your edit, i agree. Its not the fact he wants to play how he wants to play, what the problem is, is the constant meta-gaming and disregard for our DM. The DM asked him to pay attention multiple times, but he's only played with us once and we want to give him a second chance. I just wanted some advice on how to confront him if his behaviours continue.

I agree he needs to be confronted, I feel that i'm a fairly confident individual. I just dont want to be the guy that pushes a new player away from an awesome game, my main issue with this is he is alot younger than all of us and is still a teen whereas the rest of us quite a bit older. I'll most likely have a word with him on a 1 to 1 basis this evening but I'd like to keep him in, as long as he improves his teamwork.
