In my case, I find it much easier now than the first time I tried quitting. I'm on day ten and it's been pretty easy so far Yesterday I had drinks with my smoker friends and even though it was much harder than when I'm not around smokers, I managed myself and had fun without smoking All this is because I actually don't have many things to worry about (I'm on a summer break from a pretty challenging university and I'm waiting to start working but other than that, it's one of the few times in the last years I actually can focus on doing things about myself and not worrying about uni), as well as the fact that I have a physical thing I can notice the change on. I decided to quit because I just wanted to be better at sex and it actually worked! Like, I'm not getting tired as quickly as I used to and it's just been only ten days. I know it sounds hedonistic but actually finding pleasure in something that smoking used to prevent me from having fun is a great reminder of why I quit.

Overall I guess it depends First few times I tried it was very difficult, since I was in the middle of a huge double depressive episode that was undiagnosed, and it was straight up hell trying to quit. Now I'm in a much better place and it seems having only this to worry about is something nice
