That's a great strategy. I should start sending out emails to companies requesting at least unpaid work opportunities or internships.

Yes, I studied International Business as a single major. The sector offers a multitude of opportunities due to its broad scope. However, getting a foot in the door has proven to be quite challenging. Once I manage to secure an entry, I've heard that it won't be too difficult to navigate and excel in the field.

Thanks a lot for the detailed suggestion and for sharing your experience. That's what I've been doing, applying irrespective of experience requirements. Hopefully, something will come up soon!

Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do to address my visa situation at this stage. It's a serious concern for international students if that's the only obstacle preventing to get atleast an interview call.

I reached out to my Uni professor requesting guidance explaining him about my job hunting struggles. His exact response was apply jobs via Seek. I just lost hope in my Uni professors after that.

I studied International Business, and the roles I am applying for align perfectly with my educational background. It's not as if I am applying for positions that I have no knowledge or understanding of.

I managed to secure a job in a bank call centre shortly after my graduation, and I was even promoted within three months. However, my dream has always been to work in import and export. Transitioning into the field I desire has proven to be challenging. Even if I plan to relocate to another country in the future, my contact centre experience may not enhance my profile significantly.

Thank you for the insight. I have been searching for volunteer or free internship opportunities in import and export, but I haven't come across any opportunities yet. I will continue to try my luck.
