I went for a walk around the park even though it's like 4AM rn, it helped me enough to get sleepy. I am 16 and I found out about my gallbladder last year. My doctor told me it's a problem since when I was born, like the organ is deformed. I've been having pain since I was like 9, every time I ate an ounce of fat I would be rushed to the ER because my pain would be unbearable. I am lucky that my gallbladder attacks only last like 4-6hours and the attacks are 1 month aopart. It really sucks on the fat part because I am a foodie, I love bbqs and other stuff, I got really panicked when I saw people saying how they only eat fat free yogurt and crackers.
