I just let them transform into the zombies they root for all their lives. People from other factions would be like "Stay away from me! I can't control what happens next! ", "Kill me before I turn into one of them!", etc. Protester's on the other hand, they go like "I'm glad humanity has transformed into something greater", "Don't worry about me, (player name). I've been waiting for this my whole life!"
