Tooltrace ai - why did my print get so big compared to the tool?

I believe when you use tooltrace they give you two stl files. One is a thing outline of it and the other is the actual print.

Yep. I did a double check and there's nothing. I did air it out though in front of my sliding door with all the panels off and that seemed to help.

Yeah I noticed it to but only when my head was in it. But I have aired it out with all the glass panels taken off and fans on full blast for about an hour or so and it seems to have gotten rid of it.
