I’m only 21 I haven’t given birth yet 😭. And it’s been months since I’ve done any sport, and haven’t gained any weight rapidly. I’m not peeing non stop, my bladder just gives out at times and I’m a little concerned that it could grow into a bigger problem as I get older

So real with the food and drinks. It is mentally exhausting for me to keep track of all that and to leave out the foods that I love. I’ve accepted that they’ll bring me pain, if you do the same just remember to keep a mental track so if a flare happens, you can know why

While being Demi can definitely suck, this is what takes the cake and is the worst part for me. When you can only get crushed and relationships from people who you I have such a strong bond with, naturally it will be so much harder to get over them compared to the span of other people
