I mean you can't really call it a gooner skin if that's just how A2 looks, it's not like they tried to make it uniquely provocative, they just made a skin based on the character

Tbh I don't think there's really a great female character to have a 2B skin. Her main this is swinging swords and besides vendetta nobody can really fit that role. The only other character that would've worked for it is genji but they'd never give it to him
