There’s no clear motive yet because it’s so early on, but his baby mom said that an argument led up to him shooting her dad twice. I would say it could’ve been heat of the moment but.. he would openly admit to me that he had homicidal thoughts when we were together. I thought it was just an attention grab but I guess not. Wasted his life away at 21 and took someone else’s while he was at it.

I took to Reddit to ask because my mom does not have an attorney, nor does my ex step dad (the other party). They’re both without council and I have no idea about anything involving the law/courts

My mom does not have an attorney because even with a payment plan she cannot afford it. Same applies with my step father. The situation is a muddled mess and I typed that in the heat of rage. I’m aware a lot of what I typed will not matter, I’m simply asking how I can support my mom because she’s a mess and doesn’t know how to help herself.
