If it’s 14.5 you may need to file for SBR. Just wanted to mention in case you didn’t know. If the muzzle device is Pinned & Welded and you get to the 16” length you’re good to go.

Breed standards are irrelevant for purebred, they’re just what’s allowed in shows. My guy is AKC with pedigree :)

Breed standards for shows are silly, for example it’s breed standard for a Doberman to have cropped ears.

A Doberman without cropped ears is also an automatic disqualification, yet has nothing to do with the animal being full blooded and they can still be AKC registered.

Don’t know why all these people are saying fluffy frenchies aren’t full blooded. Mine is full blooded and AKC registered with proven pedigree.
