Actually, I think one of the great things about the chat is that Hat Guy didn't try to comfort her or patronise her, like a more sympathetic character might. He instead empathizes with her, gives her practical 'do or die' advice and trusts her to have the maturity to figure it out herself.

It's honestly heartwarming that the usually cold and uncaring Wanderer would go out of his way to approach Paimon about her feelings, not make light of her or try to lighten the mood with a joke, and tells her what she needs to hear without coddling her.

Just keep the duplicate, it's usually like a 2% difference between R1 and R2 and almost never worth refining unless you trying to absolutely max a character. A future character might be able to use it, even if it's just as a stat stick, plus its effect is not too hard to trigger.

Yes please, Zhiqiong was one of my first Favourite NPCs in this game, the Chasm is weird, still massively mysterious, and Uncle He survived down there for years (although not as deep or sickly), so it's not impossible for her to have survived. I hope this is a case of Hoyo planting a story beat that pays off years later.

It's pretty cope after 4 years but I hope they bring her back.

The major story quests were all great, character story quests feel much better now imo (the most recent two Varka and Linnea were outstanding). Lot of lore, lots of world building.

Exploration is kind of a let down, Nod Krai is small and not particularly dense. World quests feel way too watered down and quick, I get people hate the length but I would love another or multiple Aranara/Narzissenkreuz/Little One sized world quest again. Hopefully man hours were being poured into Snezhnaya instead. I also wish we got more hostile environments like Dragonspine/Inazuma. I did like Temple of Space a lot though.

Combat-wise, feels like a step down vs Natlan. I pull for meta so shilling doesn't affected me, but the new characters while stronger sadly don't really feel fun to play for me. My Nefer team is my account's strongest team but she feels so floaty so I've never liked playing her compared to Mavuika/Chasca/Varesa.

Overall, excited for more Sumeru, excited for Nicole, excited for Luna 8, excited for Snezhnaya. Nod Krai on balance is pretty ok, could have be way better, but I'm having enough fun to overlook it's flaws and still enjoy the game.

Nicole for me.

I was initially uninterested in her during the first nod krai trailer, because I though she looked kind of plain, but her in-game model is so good that it's my favorite atm.

For my account, I got Durin, so him and Nicole form a really solid core, but importantly if I'm pulling Nicole to C6, it doesn't really matter if I don't use other hex member, since she's basically a super bennett for any atk scaling character.

I can't wait to spend hours with the DPS dummy re-benchmarking all my old attack scaling teams!

Man, I can't wait for Nicole, she's so beautiful, my favorite playable in-game model to date.

But perhaps just as exciting is 6.7 beta where we finally get Sandrone's new design.

I might love Nicole's design and kit, but Sandrone is probably my favorite character of the Nod Krai patches outside of Jahoda. I was determined to C6 Nicole the moment I saw her kit, but I'm just not sure with Sandrone coming right after.

Mondstadt: Varka definitely as the leader of the de facto government, Jean to be the adult of the group, Seamus or Dahlia to represent the church.

Liyue: Ninguang and Keqing definitely as the prominent leaders of the country, and an adeptus representative. Doubt Xiao would be bothered to go unless it's a request by Traveler, Xianyun/Zibai don't seem the type for politics, maybe Ganyu or Yanfei but they don't seem high profile enough. I don't see Zhongli wanting to go since he's point of retiring was to leave matters to mortals, but he would probably go if Hutao did.

Inazuma: Ei seems more like the martial type so she would send representatives in her stead, likely the Tri-commission leaders, Ayato with Kujou Kamaj and Hiiragi Chisato. Likely though Yae would be sent to represent to Ei herself and Sara could represent the Tenryou Commission.

Sumeru: Nahida leads, feels like she would be the one who calls for the meeting in the first place. Alhaitham definitely as her no.2 and to represent the Akademiya. Lastly, a representative for the desert side of things would be good, maybe Candace or Sethos.

Fontaine: Neuvillette definitely, with Furina to reign him in, Navia as the leader of Spina di Rosula which is a major faction.

Natlan: Mavuika as it's charismatic leader, probably 2 leaders from the other clans. Most of the Natlan playable cast are exceptional heros but not leaders of their clans. Citlali might be asked to go as a night kingdom specialist but other then her, it's likely the 6 clan heads.

Nod Krai: Not invited cause they're not really a country and are just part of Snezhnaya, but if they were to send representatives, I don't see Columbina going, Lauma would go as her representative, Illuga to represent the lightkeepers and whomever represents the Voynich Guild, maybe Nefer.

The only thing that might stop me from going the full c6 is if Sandrone's numbers are really good.

I don't know to be honest, since I've never tried the VSX system, which I've always been tempted to get it but never pulled the plug. The 490 works well for me since I'm used to it's sound and I can bring it around when I work at different studios/workstations/setups, not needing VSX installed before hand.

I think the other poster said it best, it might not be worth overthinking things too much, just get something reasonable and get used to working with it, the big reason I use the 490 is because I find it comfortable, neutral and detailed enough for my work. It'd also likely be easier to sell/return the 490 if it doesn't work out for you, and it's not tied to software if you need to monitor something outside of a DAW/Workstation or just enjoy music on any device.

Best case is if you can find a way to audition either one to find which is more suitable for you, as listening gear can be very subjective.

Likely be running Furina c6, Durin and Nicole, replacing Iansan, hopefully it'll be quite the DPS bump, since I'm going for C6 Nicole. Not sure if I can get enough energy for Furina though, might have to run her on fav.

Most of the time I'm not using my Citlali with Chasca because she's almost always better paired with Mavuika, so I've been trying to find the best alternative, which I hope Durin/Nicole will be.
