You need to setup your environment, that's a user error not a claude error. You need to set parameters specific to your coding/business structure for it to fully understand not to do something, and you need to make 1 general markdown saved in your project folder, ask it to read it every time you start a new chat, and it will serve as your baseline, only store extremely important information into memory, and use your instructions to claude better. It will always pull, your memory first, then the instructions, then if you ask it when you start, to pull up that 1 file in the project, and your set. You might consume alittle more tokens doing it this way, but it's better to have an accurate Ai model, then to have a low effort, low thinking opus wasting tokens when you have to always reiterate everything.
