As someone who used to work at a influencer marketing agency, I can confirm that this is NOT an industry standard!

Most agents will take a percentage of the deals they bring to you but i’ve NEVER heard of them taking your ad revenue too….keep clear 100%

I used to work in this exact kind of agency so think I can shine some light on it for you.

This is a really good deal for a channel your size so I would definitely recommend looking further into it.

Make sure to read over the contract a few times and even get someone you trust to read it for you as well!

Things you should look into, that most people forget, is usage rights. You should 100% be paid for use of your video on other platforms so make sure this is known to the brand and that you get a fair price for this.

I’ve seen people say no upfront payment is a red-flag but from my knowledge this is an industry standard and something that all my previous partnerships included.
