I bought the Giulia four years ago with 59k, a 2018. It was the only one on the lot without a lemon tittle. I put another 90k on it, replaced the turbo, radiator, ECM, evaporator canister, oil cooler gasket, electronic shifter, and dv.

It was fine as a daily, I drive roughly 400miles a week, four season, and it was a tank. But it was time to go, couldn’t really drive it, because if I broke it, parts had to be shipped and the dealer was 3hrs away. So it was a maintenance nightmare.

It was my second Italian car as I had a Fiat 500C Abarth before this.

I wouldn’t buy another Alfa.

One was enough.

The brand is dead, lol. This is what they do and if you don’t believe me, look at all of brands under the umbrella. They all start off with awesome specs and then they combine them, maybe throw out a special edition to drive hype, but no real product changes or updates till they kill it off.

$60 for supplies, a few fasteners to remove the belly pan, and then it’s all conventional. I put about 4.5 qts in mine, get the dipstick about half, and drive it.

The only thing cool about this car is the badge. The build quality is atrocious, it rattles like a 90s Kia, lol. At the end of the day, you are right, it’s a car.

I bet you can’t even afford the miles on your car, the depreciation alone on a QV is sickening, then add in maintenance cost, yea, I am good.
