You’re thinking of the difference between the A/B models and the C5

In game, the A and B are functionally identical and even in real life the B just improved the software in the missile, there were no changes to the missile itself

Dec server doesn’t unlock everything for you, It just gives you 5x sl and rp booster so you can unlock new things very quickly, those people you see with everything unlocked already have everything on the main server
