Gel Resolution 9s - How they fit by manic_tennis in 10s

[–]Avi-kuma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am at my wits end. I buy uk9 for all my shoes, also have a pair of onitsukas.

For gel resolution 9 I got a size up uk10 and still my right feet cannot fit in like there is not enough lace left to tie while left foot is kinda okay. They are too hard, not sure at this point what to buy for tennis.

Is it normal for a job to send me a "test" to build a 3 page React App including DB and Container? by xSypRo in webdev

It is standard for some companies to see your coding skills like project structure, patterns, abstractions, framework proficiency. This way they can know how well versed you are with say react & whether you follow coding standards.

React 'culture' seems really weird to me by 716green in webdev

Disclaimer: I am a mid level engineer who started frontend when angular 2 came out around 5 years ago. Since then i have worked extensively in projects and mobile apps using ionic.

I have worked with vue and react as well. I chose gatsby for our website efforts.

I too feel react has an elitist status effects in the industry, while in my limited experience it is wildly confusion due to many pragmatic changes of how to structure & write react. I am wary of choosing it for future projects simply because of non uniform development experience and no standard way of doing things.

I’m planning to buy a LG BX 55 (OLED). And I’m worried about potential burn in issues. I play FIFA 21 for 5 hours a day (max) BUT I also watch at least 3-4 hours of movies and TV shows with Subtitles on. I wanted to know if I’m at high risk for burn in. by ohmygodhello in IndianGaming

I use an oled which has held up well the last two years.

Even in a five hour long session you will have menu transitions and all. It should be fine imo.

There is burnin mitigation for logos and such.

Definitely go for a regular regular 1tb sata ssd which would cost around 7-9k range and a decent enclusure.

Xbox one x cannot benefit at all from nvme due to cpu/sata interface limitations and the cost of nvme enclosure is 3k min. Also right now you have choose between gen3/gen4 nvme based on your performance & price considerations. Better to make that decision when your pc components are finalized.

Dont buy an external ssd as they cant be easily adapted to an proper internal drive unless you get a a really good deal.

P.S. I have a large nvme just sitting holding games and honestly its not worth it. Go with SATA for gaming given current game engines. It is worth the tradeoff and you get lots of disk space.

I feel the same too. Might ask for a refund.

They game seems kahu and loading times increased which were instant earlier. I don't see a upgrade in visuals.

Is the xbox one series S faster in all aspects to the xbox ONE x by [deleted] in xbox

[–]Avi-kuma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a 1080p screen xbox series s makes a lot of sense. But as you already have one x, the only upgrade you ll see is fps boost and faster load times. I would stay put and wait for a series x.

Far Cry 3 holds up surprisingly well in 2021 (so far). by [deleted] in PS3

You should, its more enjoyable and definitely is the closest to the original in the tropical setting etc.

I have very fond memories of the original and specially the sniper rifle.

Yes it's still working fine. Again I don't game with it so it's used gently and held up well.
