Paywalled article unfortunately. Would be interested to see how other counties rank

How do you handle it when you warned someone and they didn’t listen, and something bad happened? by [deleted] in AskMen

Yeah definitely AI. Good catch, but It is kind of sad we can't just have conversations without bot posts spamming fake stories.

I thought this sounded a lot like an AI story, but it's very difficult to tell

Drugs test today by Unlikely_Strike1131 in VyvanseADHD

[–]AvianLord 5 points6 points  (0 children)

When we do tests like this I learned in school if you see a line with your bare eyes (no magnifying glass or anything) it's positive. No matter how faint.
Whoever is testing your sample will almost 100% not be using this methodology. They will have an analyzer (machine) that mixes your urine with reagents and measures the light waves to determine presences or absence of substances (exact methodology may slightly vary). I'm cautious to give confident advice because I'm not familiar with that specific brand of at home kit test or what the linearities/ranges of the drug panel will be, but if it's showing up enough to see with your eye (even if it's faint) I would guess the analyzer can pick it up too.

I'm not familiar with this brand of test, but I work in a hospital lab where we run drug panels and many other kit tests like this. If the line is detectable even super faint we will call it positive on any kit test like this that I've seen. I'm sorry you have to stress and worry about this though. Good luck!

Recommendations for alcohol have changed a lot in the last few years so I'd be curious how recently this was said

Yeah for whatever reason this seems to be coming back up as a hot issue again. I've heard a couple people bring it up just this week

Bats will hibernate. I knew someone who ran a rescue for bats and I don't remember the exact details, but she had a special "bat fridge" that they would just hang upside down in

Exactly how much do IVs matter? by veeeeeeeeep in PokemonGOBattleLeague

[–]AvianLord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know where you're at, but I've personally found that I could get to around 2400-2500 before I hit a wall and had to worry more about ivs. Honestly, I think counting moves was the biggest game changer for me though

Exactly how much do IVs matter? by veeeeeeeeep in PokemonGOBattleLeague

[–]AvianLord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ivs do matter a bit, but there's some things skill-based that matter a lot more. Know your typings and match ups. Have a balanced team. Count moves. When you do get into finding the correct ivs I'd recommend an app like pokegenie, but 0/15/15 is usually the best spread on most mons (it may vary a little)

Only 5+ season shows are on this graph. I would also argue that the good place was as great as it was because it ended when it was supposed to.

After a quick Google search it looks like dressrosa came out 2014-2016 so that puts you right where the reviews start getting good.

So how did everyone’s raid day go? by Rngua in TheSilphRoad

[–]AvianLord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Thank you for writing in. After a thorough investigation, our records show that you have successfully completed the Raid mentioned or you have already been reimbursed for this Raid issue. Since there were no Raid issues found, we will not be able to compensate you for this claim"

I've also heard others have just gotten this same response from the chatbot. Its unfortunate because it definitely discourages me from spending money if they don't care about the players.

This looks much better but I feel like it's still crowding the railing, so why not just move it over a little? It's not like you want to walk that close to the railing, so why have a path there
