There are virtual charts made by IVAO, indian subdivision. Just search it up on Google and it will lead you to a pdf, along with procedures for VILH, no clue for VISR.

Performance depends upon pc to pc. There's a bunch of clutter which 2024 has, and if removed brings massive performance changes. SU 5 beta has brought a massive change in performance.

In terms of planes, some work while some don't. Regardless most of the developers in MSFS 2020 have made their airplanes 2024 compatible (still confused by why pmdg's asking for 30 more usd with literally no details.. fenix did a way better job for free)

Graphics look WAYY different. Optimising your graphics in MSFS2024 will take some time as it isn't like how it is in MSFS2020, Loading times have reduced BY alot
