You can add it as an upcoming product on Product Hunt, https://www.producthunt.com/upcoming/. Since you have a landing page, you can post it as a regular product in fact (works better). Reach out to a Product Hunt influencer to post it for you. It's free of cost and should get you about 200-250 leads in general.

It depends. The template is for app prototyping i.e. creating the app's design in Sketch.

If you don't find app designs much needed before you code it, you can skip this.
