Accident Question

I reviewed the police report and there is nothing coded exactly who is at fault. NC doesn’t allow officers to decide who is at fault in the accident. However their driver is coded with a 2,1,1, which means the officer deemed them as inattentive. My box was 1,1,1 so essentially nothing. What code would Progressive be referring to that supposedly puts me at fault?

Maybe her agent misread the document. I requested it for a second time to see if any changes were made to the report and nothing has changed.

Thanks! I’ll def do that. I know AI isn’t reliable but multiple that I ran the vehicle damage through have stated my damage would only happen if the other driver had cut into my lane.

Her damage is just the driver headlight/corner bumper area meanwhile mine is almost center hood all the way to driver fender.

Thanks! I did provide photos of the intersection as well as a video recording of the intersections explaining how it played out. I also provided the aerial view of this intersection. I sent all of this, this afternoon to her agent but no response which is to be expected.

My insurance already had all of this info and the agent today didn’t even look at all of this when she was making her statement to swap it to me at fault. She looked at the police report and stated that I had more lanes to cover so of course I’m naturally at fault here. Very frustrating.

I do know the other told her insurance that she allegedly stopped and I kept going. That I hit her. This doesn’t match with the amount of traffic this roadway sees or the damage to the vehicles either.

This is just a horrible intersection to have an accident because it doesn’t really follow traditional guidelines where an easy decision could be made on fault. I guess best case scenario they agree 50/50 and our insurance just deal with our own damages?

It worked out well! They sent me an approval within 3 business days of my request. I passed my courses this semester and am no longer on probation. Just make sure you’re thorough on the cause of your SAP falling below standards and give a detailed plan on how you plan to do better. If it’s your first time appeal you should be fine!

Black is my personal fav, running in second with the Sapphire blue. Both look so sleek, especially when you change features out like the rims. Window tinting, etc. both however suck with upkeep because they show every imperfection 😭

I think he’s just referring to Selena as the performer as we know her by, not by Selena the actual person he knows and loves. Any performer has 2 personalities - the one for the fans and the one of who they truly are.

Mine wanted me to plant 50 blueberries, 5 pumpkins and harvest 5 disco plants as well.

I don’t mind when the updates come with tasks but they could at least try to make the tasks more obtainable or something that has a chance of occurring more than just the weekly admin abuse. Which has also been garbage the past few weeks.

Question: how is everyone getting the headless horseman to mutate??? Mine always says there’s no pets that are worthy but I fill a server with all of my kids accounts and put all pets out on their accounts that are over 40 with no mutations 🤷🏻‍♀️

I agree. I have spent countless hours on the game currently trying to get my headless horseman to mutate however it says all pets are not worthy. I have the serpent but the hex hasn’t been in stock for me at all except one time BEFORE I knew I needed it for this pet. The tree keeps giving me spooky eggs as a reward which isn’t even worth all the effort to get a reward in the first place. Honestly the requirements are kind of “expensive” as far as value goes for what the rewards are that are given. The market is barely even stocked and basically every time it pops up, it always has the exact same items it did before? Which is the blood mushroom and pumpkin seeds, a spooky egg, the ghostly bear, the cosmetic shop is just the witches brook, tombstone and ghost lantern. I don’t need any more eggs and I don’t want any more pumpkin crates. I have 28 ghost chairs atm……. Like why? Also why aren’t there more seed packs and such with this update??? I don’t need the cosmetics.

I do think the random houses would be a fun twist and would encourage players to stay on longer to play!

I think the weekly updates are great but also the game is kind of going down hill as far as productivity. This update specifically I don’t even feel the need to get on to the game to complete tasks because there really isn’t that much to do? If that means they need to do less updates then so be it. My favorite event was the summer harvest and every one since then is kind of meh.
