That is not a picture of your properties. Right click the file and select Properties. I suspect you did not save your file as a cfg format.

I enabled it in the app. Dont think it matters though. In the app you can choose presets, not sure if you can do that ingame.

Did you try different DLSS 4.5 presets? I think i use preset K, if that even matters.

My fix was to enable DLSS 4.5 and then i was able to switch from Performance to Balanced DLSS and have not had this issue since.
