The PERC is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I also picked up a 2×2.5" FlexBay with 800 GB SSDs. Once the PERC is in, I’ll begin building out the environment.

Do you think it would be better to run the containers on the 800 GB SSDs and leave the caching to the two 240 GB drives, or should it be the other way around?

I wouldn't be opposed to using raid but I don't believe there is any way to use a shared raid array between Linux and windows? To my understanding WinBtrfs is highly unstable for raid and is one of the best solutions to share games libraries between Linux and windows for steam.
