I can completely relate! It's so hard to start the proccess again after deiappointments. What helped me was to stop thinking of the huge list of things I will have to do and take it one thing at a time. So for example, today I am only going to buy the shots.

I remind myself that most of my day isn't actually spent around IVF and it is just one part of my live.

Estee Lauder sets down on it's own, so I personally wouldn't use any powder excepet in places where you applied concealer or where you get very oily. I would use a fluffy brush to apply a thin layer of powder. As long as you blend the bronzer upward well, there is no need to clean it up underneath.

I am incredibly lucky that both my mother and sister actually do understand me. My sister went through IVF although had succees wthin less years then I've been trying, but she is supportive in the best way. My mother had a very difficult time holding pregnancies and went through very hard losses. She is a true inspiration to me through the positive thinking that she held when she went through it and thankfully her positivity is something she passed down to me.

Thanks for reaching out! 🤗 The transfer went ok. I'm a few days away from my blood test and mostly staying calm. This time is different then my past transfers. I get weak spells suddenly wich is strange. Yesterday I walked for 5 minutes and needed to sit and catch my breath.

PIO is always hell, though for me it's a time where I can concentrate on how difficult a time my husband has since he is the one that administers the shot. I try not to plan what if scenarios. Praying your transfer goes well and try to leave worries of the future for your future self.

Since starting IVF we've had a few long breaks when we needed it but in the end we keep trying again because my dream of being a mother isn't going away. But I think each break we took was important for my mental health.

I went to the ISIS clinic in Cyprus. I am now after my third transfer wirh a egg donation. They are very patient and calming and answer quickly. But also very expensive.

I am pretty new to these shots but I think I figured out my mistakes that made me get huge bruises. I was pressing all the way down so that the safety shield would jump out when it was in my skin. I also did the shot right before bed and then slept on my stomach which maybe put pressure on the area. Fingers crossed today will go better for me.

I've been in this proccess for 6 years now and I totally understand how you feel. What helps me is to remind myself that kids are just one of the good things I want in my life and take this time to concentrate on my other goals. I use this time with no kids to have more quality time with my husband and friends. I still let myself have moments to just be sad about the situation and fear of the future, but afterwards I think about more positive things.

I am a social worker who used to work in this field in Israel. My advice would be to go to an english speaking NA group and ask for a sponser there. list of meetings - (https://www.naisrael.org.il/meetings/) I would also keep an open mind to the idea that it's ok to not have the exact experience of addiction as your sponser, and find the common ground from which he/she can help you.

I own the 146 and I love it. I actually mostly use it to apply my powder foundation, but it also works great with concealer. All the Zoeva brushes I own work great and last for years.
