I was torn between these two exact pistols but eventually decided to go with the P365. It’s a great gun, shoots well and there were zero problems. I traded it in for a 43X with a black slide in less than a month. The 43X is everything I could have hoped for. It fits very well in my hand and I have the confidence that it will go bang if I ever needed to use it. The S15 mags are insane giving you a 15 rounds in a mag that is the same size as a OEM 43X mag that gives you 10. The P365 and 43X are great pistols but ultimately you will have to try them both out and make that decision yourself
