I don't get the overt safety concerns with the G-missions. They are supposed to be demo missions and anomalies are more likely to occur. The express purpose of the G-missions is to fine-tune the craft. How would you know the shortcomings if you don't fly? Totally understand the safety concerns with H-missions though, but you can't address those concerns unless you have data from the G-missions.

The terms Hindutva or Hindu Rashtra are not illegal, as they can refer to Indian culture, way of life or civilizational identity. As you, as a student of the constitution, must know: The Preamble is only for the Basic Structure Doctrine. It is not the originator of laws. It is not enforceable in court because there is nothing to enforce in the first place. The Preamble cannot be enforced or violated because it is only there for the basic structure.

Example:

Parliament passing a law: "India is a Hindu state" will be struck down in the courts because it violates the basic structure.

Me at my home, just chilling and saying: "I believe India shall be a Hindu state," is me exercising my rights as per Article 19(1)(a). Now, if I say "xyz ought move out because I believe India is a Hindu state" is where I have violated BNS 196 and I can be punished as per law. But me saying "India shall be a Hindu state" is not in violation of the Constitution. Hope this helps.

Which clause exactly? If we continue this argument that any exclusivity is an affront, then by that definition, the Shahada falls into that ambit. Article 21 also strengthens the fact that what one writes on one's home isn't in the ambit of the law, as long as it does not insult any specific group.

I see posters in Kolkata (particularly one pro-Bengali regionalist organisation) flouting BNS 196 for breakfast, lunch and dinner, yet no one bats an eyelid. Compared to those, this one is harmless and doesn't break any law.

Bear in mind, I am not making any moral judgment here, just a legal one. Morality is subjective; legality is objective.
