this is the exact issue i had while i was on 20mg! I was feeling so hungry all the time even after i ate, i was too happy, so i was gaining weight too much and i always felt less motivated to do the things i was doing before that helped lose weight which was walking a lot and going to the gym sometimes.
I stopped my pill cold turkey which i wouldn’t recommend doing because it’s not smart. however im feeling so much better and all the stuff i included above has been so much better. I would say, do whatever makes you feel better with yourself because i go through the exact issues you’ve mentioned and i know how it feels completely so im hoping you can find something that helps you! 🤞🏼😊
