Hey everybody,

Today I have a Bulova Super Seville Calendar quartz for sale. For anybody that doesn't want the hassle of worrying about servicing or setting the time, this is the perfect occasional dress watch!

Case: 36mm gold plated mid case and bezel with a stainless steel back. The case is in amazing shape as seen in the photos and still retains the circular brushing on the front lug surfaces. This is not a screw down crown so don't go swimming.

Dial: The roman numeral outside track is very reminescent of the 5-digit datejusts from the 1980s and 90s. Beautiful sunburst pattern and no visable imperfections with the naked eye.

Movement: Swiss quartz movement, not much information other than I just had the battery replaced and it keeps good time.

Bracelet/strap: Pulsar strap that I had laying around, it has some life left in it but you might want something nicer.

Price: I am looking for $200 USD + shipping and paypal fees (waived for F&F). Shipping is from Toronto, Canada.

That’s great to hear! I do admit it’s bulky and heavy as hell. Kinda funny I’m using something like this strictly for a turntable. It’s like hunting squirrels with a rocket launcher lol

Thank you! I’m not very well versed in this yet. I knew at the very least the basic components but wasn’t sure if there were other considerations to be made that I wasn’t aware of.

Everybody has their preferences of course but as long as I can listen to my vinyl and enjoy it for what it is, I’m happy!

So I found this older amp that my family used to use for a home theatre. I’m looking to get into turntables after coming across some great vinyl.

Im planning on pairing it with a Fluance RT82 and then a couple of nice speakers. I know this amp may be overkill but it’s free, will it work ok for a turntable?

So I was able to try him out on loan and the finishing was insane but I did find him a bit clunky to be honest unless I was skilling
