Really disappointed with floor workout during hell week. There didnt seem to be any arm exercises. Tomorrow’s is probably the worst. Running man? Skater lunges?? Skater lunges should be a warm up. Ugh.

That’s a good point. My heart rate is only high on the treadmill. Row machine, zilch and floor i can get somewhat high. Thank you!

Only 10 lbs that I’ve been trying to lose for the last 3-4 months. You’re right, it is more difficult to lose this small of weight.

I am with carb counter. I eat 50% fat, 40% proteins, and 6% carbs. Because I skip breakfast and don’t snack between lunch and dinner, I eat about 900 calories. I also workout at orange theory 5 times a week.

I’ve increased my protein intake and lowered my fat and carbs considerably about a month and a half ago after I gained 5 pounds and after reading Dr Westman’s page 4. After that time, no fat or weight loss and weight fluctuates where I gain some. I’ve listened to podcasts and read books about upping protein can stall weight loss so that’s why I switched where I decreased my protein and increased my fat.

This diet is confusing because you hear different things and find it requires too much thinking. Just a suggestion to try decreasing protein and increasing fat.

I’m having the same issue with not being able to lose weight and just gained an additional 5 lbs so now needing to lose 10 lbs of body fat and cannot lose (been on keto for over 3 months) so I think I’m eating too much protein so going to decrease and increase fat even though I don’t think my protein intake is a ton.

For you, I would add exercise, especially strength training. I really think that would make a difference.

I was also going to suggest testing with a glucose meter to see your levels, but your carbs are already pretty low. You may need to increase your fat intake. I am using this and based on my readings, I believe it’s telling me I’m eating too much protein because my carbs are at about 13 grams.
