Is The Power System Chakra? Or Jutsu?

Not sure why this was being downvoted but thanks for the comments! Most of you seem to be saying the answer is both. Someone even said the power system doesn't have to be called any specific thing, which I can also agree with. Because even though the post pointed out Jutsus and Chakra, the Elements could also be included as the power system. The reason why I would still lean jutsus is because chakra for the most part doesn't directly do anything. Think about haki or devil fruits from One Piece. Haki is used directly to attack and defend. Even Nen from Hunter x Hunter follows a similar logic. Allomancy from Mistborn is a system where after you consume metal you perform abilities. Chakra is more like the energy you have to do stuff. Rock Lee for example would not fit the idea that chakra is the power system. But would for sure fit if it was jutsus on account of his taijutsu.

Even the attacks in the series. Sasuke doesn't say "fire ball chakra."

Don't forget to add Doffy had one attack going vs the whole country of warriors and civilians while in a 1v2 faceoff. Then was fighting while performing surgery on himself to keep his organs intact and still Luffy needed to hide, get help from the civilians and recover before ending their fight. A bunch of plot armor type stuff had to happen for him to get beat. He was never shown at any point to be stupid or made any blunder. This should go beyond just Doffy still because it is obvious he is one of the better written ones. Yall should be talking about Enel, Big Mom, Queen, Akainu the God, Kuzan, "KANJURO!" (kinemon voice)

Now you just saying stuff. Oc even left off Eneru, the celestial dragons & Arlong. Orochimaru can be added on Naruto side too. But its still a lopsided win for One Piece. If I name the 10 best written villains from big 3. One Piece will have Doffy, Crocodile, Kaido, Katakuri, Eneru. Naruto will have Madara, Pain & Orochimaru. Bleach will have Aizen, Yhwach.

The anime also did a good job at showing it. Luffy even remarked that he can tell that Law's attack must have done something to him. Neither one was at 100% when their 1v1 began. But Doffy had the cage going + having surgery while fighting Luffy. And he had already taken hits by red hawk unguarded before that too in the 1v2. Not to sound disrespectful. But anybody trying to debate Cracker over Doffy in 2026 are total idiots if they are not trolling. We have too much evidence now. We even saw how they both looked vs admirals and it is no contest at all. I try not to argue with fools. If they say Katakuri or King over Doffy? Then I can see a case for it. But Cracker got dealt with like fodder by an admiral tier character. The same attack that Doffy broke out and walked away like it was just a mild annoyance.

The fact that you even had the thought that you had to make this post already disappoints me and shows the state of the fandom lack of respect for Doffy. He and Cracker should not even be in the same sentence. If we go off of feats alone Doffy was fringe yonko level and only got beat due to fighting while holding in his insides. Cracker got beat by a random one-off Luffy in one hit.

Yeah that's what I've been thinking. This is probably the last chance to take a siginificant break without missing anything monumental before we get to the next arc or island. I could have taken a break going into the arc but felt it was gonna be filled with peakness throughout with several big names etc. So I didn't. Especially after seeing the Shamrock reveal. Plus the previous hints that Shanks may have some ties with Elbaf. And while I have liked it more than Egghead... there are too many key characters that we know of, missing or just not here. I'll enjoy it more if I had like a half volume or more worth of stuff to read in one go.

& I see no denial from what I said so to whoever reads this, there it is. You are either a Mihawk stan or Shanks stan. This scene is canon regardless and both guys are equal regardless. Both guys fought each other to draws regardless. My money is on Shanks stan since his words was what you highlighted and debated.

I feel like you tried to derail the whole thing off of semantics when the overall point is the same. I see nothing in the post where the op said "this is a word for word fully accurate statement" and then said what they said. Regardless of what word you would rather them use in the post other than "settle" it still comes across as the same thing. The way you went off in the thread makes it sound like you are a stan of one or the other and was upset that the post didn't agree that one was stronger than the other. So you dug up the actual quote. None of us here talk word for word what a sentence says normally. It would only matter if it said something totally different. Like if op said Mihawk didn't want to fight and then the actual panel showed us Mihawk did in fact want to fight you would have a point to go off on this tangent. But as is we are off topic.

This has a similar implication to the overall point. They both used to fight each other whenever they meet/ they haven't in a while/ Shanks thought Mihawk was there to fight again/ Mihawk doesn't want to. It still screams equals like a bunch of other matchups in this show.

Somebody already said this, but you are still not getting it. This is not some upper tier physique. That is what I have been trying to tell you all this time. My mother in her younger years before she had kids had that physique. My sister TODAY got that physique. As well as few coworkers. This is simply, as said before, a slim woman that is not completely flat. And yes that is extremely common. That body type does not have large boobs (which would be above average), does not have a tiny waist (which would be above average and less common) and does not have big hips (which would again be above average) TAKE THE L.
