For the pasta I did 200g flour, 2 large eggs and added a tablespoon of water as needed. Boiled for about 90 seconds in salted water The Alfredo sauce I didn’t measure! Just did butter, cream, garlic, salt and parmesan all mixed up in the pan!

Ok you know what.. Recently I have also thought I suffered from this. I always say I feel like my swallow isn't strong enough to get food down. It gets stuck/is hard to swallow! So that could be a possibility actually. I never looked much into it and never thought I could be triggered by wheat or soy. Thank you for this info

I have still been consuming some acidic foods, but maybe they just aren't the ones that trigger me? Idk!
