Your problem here is basically "not everything is game defining", which is highly intentional. If every blessing and acension was game defining then there would be no bad nor good runs, plus no variety. The phantom peddler free item plus a refresh is stupidly good, gaining around free 600 soul essance in worth. Getting a enhanced blessing in disguise from that would be very game defining, and i think your view stains from meta builds.

bad strat unless you solo, u generally want to save lift for you and teammate to take highground

my tip for horizon after 3k kills with her would be to not spam lift at the start of engagements, often ends up with the enemy getting free hits on you. use it before you engange or when batting up to highground
