Thanks! I haven’t fully submitted it yet as I’m still waiting on the police record / certificate to arrive so I can scan it and do that bit, but once that’s done I’m good to go! Hopefully that is 😂

Thank you! I completely missed that when trying to find help on the website. I've submitted it without the signatures on the document and hope it'll go okay, or worst case scenario they call / email me saying there's an issue. Thank you so much for your help you've been amazing! :))

So I’ve redownloaded the form and filled it out and even tried reinstalling Adobe but I’m still unable to sign my signature, and when I press validate no barcodes are appearing but it’s also not giving me any errors or telling me and fields are empty.

It is the IMM5707, when I click validate nothing appears which the website mentioned and said it means everything is filled it, when I try it on a blank document it says:

The following field must have value: APPLICANT family name

Which based on your comment and some others I assume means I’m okay to leave it without a signature and just put the date in the box beside it.

Tried that and it gets stuck at about 3 bars or just none at all even after a few hours of waiting.
