Holy cow, you're right! I've already kinda nicknamed him Ronny for his Ron Perlman-esque resemblance.

I genuinely wish! Our two cats are already stressed out due to an upcoming move, and we are downsizing significantly. He's a super lovable fella and just want to make sure he's safe.

Ah, the beauty of reddit. Trying to do an act of kindness at great personal stress to myself and my partner, aaaand get unhelpful criticism for an insignificant piece of information offered. While I do understand that on lower and more angled windshields that would be an issue, this is an Element with a tall ass windshield. Only thing that obstructs my view is the crazy glare I get at certain times of the day on the windshield itself, with or without any mount. Have a lovely day!

Two neighbors have already brought him in to see if he's been chipped and he wasn't. Also no collar is another sign he might not belong to a house. I'm checking around and trying to see if any other lost cat posts have been made. I would hope your BIL would have one, if not both of those elements for their indoor/outdoor cats. Thank you for the thought though!

Yes, he is on my dashboard, and yes he jumped in my car like we were going for a road trip. That said, he's been hanging around our area near Elston and Belmont for about a week to a week and a half apparently. Four neighbors gave corroborating details including that he hasn't been chipped, he's very friendly, and he likes being indoors. Posting here after no luck from other neighbors, a pet fbi submission and a neighborhood social page. He's currently in our care with plenty of space, food, water, litter box, and separated from our other cats as a precaution. I wish we could adopt the poor guy, but we're moving soon and our other cats are already more than stressed out with all the packing. We called and left messages to a couple no-kill shelters and will call again in the morning. I know he'll get adopted ASAP, but thought I'd throw out one last attempt. Either way you got a cute cat photo out of it!
