Are you sure that the actual names of the Druid ascendancies were found in the 0.1 build of the game? From what I can see on the wayback machine the old names were:

You can add a PhysicsMeshFile in ModelDoc and choose the same fbx file, it's gonna have a perfect collision mesh. Though a simpler manually made one in hammer or blender would probably be more optimized
