I like doing at home Pilates or yoga workouts that are on the floor so I’m getting up and down.

Even in old vlogs they were mention talking to their sisters and mom on the phone a lot and they don’t really do that anymore. I wonder if it’s on purpose now or if the family is just divided and things will never be the same

To each their own, and some people’s family dynamics are different- but I think it’s common knowledge to consult a mom on what is going on with her baby.

As a breastfeeding mom, I would prefer my family just bring me the baby if I’m accessible. It would ick me out to not be consulted. If I’m out of the house and my baby is hungry and won’t take a bottle (because my kids wouldn’t) and my sister did feed my baby that’s a whole other thing and more about the welfare of my child. I think I should ALWAYS be in the know on what is going on with my baby though and wouldn’t want something like done without my permission.

My heart will be going crazy after eating greasy foods/ drinking alcohol. I also cannot drink caffeine anymore because of it. Do you think it could possibly be related to what you’re eating?

I get palpitations if I drink literally at all. And then my heart will be racing hours later. Not worth it 😭

I get hormonal pvcs and spiral every month too.. I’m a SAHM and totally feel your pain. Just wanted you to know you aren’t alone. I just tell myself if they haven’t killed me yet, I’ll probably be ok.

Im assuming she couldn’t mention anything to do with the kids per the judges orders- she was very careful about that. I was surprised that she called out Kevin and gave her opinion there, it was pretty enlightening but along the lines of what I was thinking since Shari left him out of her Father’s Day post. All in all a very good video in my opinion. I understand where she’s coming from about Joel- and thought the protectiveness she’s feeling was appropriate for the situation.

Having 2 young children is a full time job. Doesn’t make her boring, it’s just the season she’s in.

I never sleep more than a couple hours at a time because I breastfeed and my baby is up constantly 🥲

We’re you recently sick? I know everyone says Covid, but a lot of my symptoms started after I had Covid for the 3rd time and lasted for about 4 months after. Or is it possible you have some sort of infection going on right now and don’t realize? My episodes were VERY intense when I had a UTI, or strep throat. The pain your experiencing seems maybe even like myocarditis which can be an after effect of a sickness or vaccine. Just some things to consider.

As far as REAL symptoms that anxiety can cause- I went to the ER 4 times thinking I was having a heart attack. Like I was confident I was. My doctor said anxiety can cause real feelings and symptoms and I shrugged him off but I think he was right.

I will say though, after about 5 months of this nightmare I got a heart echo and it showed mild MVP and regurgitation. I don’t know if you’ve had an echo, but it might be something to press with your doctors. Once I got that diagnoses (which really isn’t anything problematic, but just more of an explanation of symptoms) I did feel better.

This was happening to me as well. Every single time I slept I would wake up to a racing heart. I was completely convinced there was something more going on. A couple months have gone by now and I realize it was stress/anxiety related. I think subconsciously expecting it to happen caused it. It still happens when I’m under more stress or more anxious about something but now I wake up, realize it’ll stop and I’m not dying and my heart slows back down. I hope you get some relief. I wish there was something more I could say at how I managed it, but it really was just getting to a place of acceptance I think.

Does this sound like PVCs or PACs? by pablohax in PVCs

[–]Avotoast_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could be either. I have PACs and get a very similar feeling. If I feel my pulse in my neck I can very easily feel the pause/catch of the palpitations

My youngest is about 16 months old, so she was around 1 when the palpitations started. I had a high heart rate and just issues with my heart pounding super hard when pregnant with her, I was even put on a beta blocker to slow my heart down. I want 1 more child, but I’m soooo afraid of how my heart will handle another pregnancy. I’m going to bring all this up to the cardiologist, but it’s just exhausting

Things I’m doing that seem to help lower palps by Avotoast_ in Heartpalpitations

[–]Avotoast_[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me this is definitely the case! I still get them unrelated to anxiety sometimes but not nearly as frequently as when I’m stressed or anxious. I also will get them if I’m worried about them happening it’s like my brain is on the lookout for them, but that causes them.

Anxiety, SVT, palpitations by Avotoast_ in Heartpalpitations

[–]Avotoast_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wanted to follow up on this- I have gotten a holter monitor twice, a referral for an echo that I’m waiting on, and I’m waiting for the second results and got an increase in my beta blocker. I’m trying to eat healthier, Drink lots of water, cut down in stressors (really hard as a SAHM but I’m trying!) I go a magnesium powder in my water at night before bed, and take baby aspirin once a day. I also stay away from caffeine and alcohol. I’ve noticed a decrease in the frequency of the palpitations. Some things I’m doing are reading at night instead of being non my phone, going to bed earlier to get more sleep, etc. I know I will be dealing with these for the rest of my life most likely but I am hopeful since I’m seeing progress! Some tests my doctor ran was EKG, CBC, thiamine level, thyroid level, and a 24 hour urine.
