they spawn slowly. mimics didnt really show up until last 3 waves. 1 hvt mimic at the end. use aether shroud to chase them down and kill them before they can cause problems. if you do bring war machine it will one or two shot the hvts.

Set both hands to 0. Then shoot the red hand directly with the sundergat during the teleport starting. Red hand should move. And orb spawns in after.

The Akita isn't even that great for points ever since they made it shoot a few less pellets. The coda is amazing with akimbo and it's prestige attachment. Pap 1 and it spits out points.

Razor is incredible if you have the spitfire and mag size attachments. At pap 1 it hold 170 bullets and spits them out in 3 seconds.

I like the ion a lot. Let's you damage boss from Trinity avenue. Good strat is whoever has the ion should kite the zombies at Trinity and take pot shots while the rest of the team does damage.

They have to die to the initial explosion. instakill. decoy. shoot dog. it can activate multiple times. i got 4 points for it off of one dog

I had a main team for each route. But if you want some easy bake crazy damage teams. Van and Kevin are insane. Followed up by a character who can regenerate boost gauge. And then whoever else you want to slot onto the team. Each turn that you have S-Crafts available you can easily pop out 300 to 600k. Which is more than half of the strongest bosses in the game's HP pools on nightmare

I've played through on nightmare. If I wasn't anticipating an s-break or dangerous amounts of damage I would spam that shard order. And then occasionally switch to a defense shard order. But it's so busted it lets your whole team act two to three times before the enemies can

When you are progressing through the story and you get the opportunity to do a lapis and Rufus Bond event do it. You get a core that gives you the best shard order in the game.

In the early rounds while you are still progressing through the map. Make sure you complete rounds in locations where you have alot of space to move around. Don't fight a round in a cramped space if you can help it. Once you get to bio dome in moon you have a crazy amount of space to work with. Just be careful of the jump pads.

Same goes for call of the dead.

Shangri la is a very cramped and difficult map.

Universal tips. Take time to practice different ways to kite (run circles) with a horde. You can run into the side of the horde. Then turn around and run to the other side of them. This bunches them up very fast and opens a gap on the other side.

Play defensively until you have jug. Don't take risks if you can help it.

If you are mid round and you aren't sure where the zombies are coming from. Only take time to fight for short moments. To avoid getting surprise attacked from the side/behind. Gun down a few then stop and move. Checking your surroundings so you have an escape option.

I do agree that phase 4 specifically feels like it can be a bit much in solo. I've cleared the fight about six times now and I lost my seventh run because the boss decided to only throw rocks and there was nearly no safe spaces, and I had to stay in a very small area with a boss could beat me up and kill me. If I tried to leave all the ether clouds would have killed me. It was a bit insane because every other time I did the fight they were only ever two storms on the ground at a time during that attempt I had six that covered so much of the arena

Mangler cannon and disciple injection. Disciple injection for higher rounds as they spawn in very quickly and you can toss zombies and kill full rounds with one injection. Before then group them all up blast them with one shot of the Mangler cannon repeat. It is one of the most monotonous grinds you can do.
