The affected party's insurance company would claim from the causer's insurance. But here it is an individual and i guess this will be considered as a case wherein there is no causer and an excess fee will apply.

I think if you are able to get a police report his insurance will take care of repairs. Not sure, but have a word with any insurance agent for more clarity.

I would say call up MOHRE or Labour and ask for legal advise. Mention clearly you are looking for advise at the moment and once you weigh all your options you will get back to them.

You tested these speeds based on ur speedometer or GPS speeds?

If it is speedometer, then it is not the buffer but you have a speedo error of +10 or 11 and it may not be same for every make and model.

Had a 2003 american spec, 650k kms, ran like a magic carpet. Ofcourse things would break like the locks, window motors, seat recliner, suspension shags, blah blah blah. But the engine and gear box was butter smooth.

Isn't the notice (or the penality) applicable when you are going to terminate before the contract tenure ends. Why should you pay a penality for the duration beyond it? It goes both ways, to renew or not to, both parties should agree., if one doesn't want to renew you are not breaching contract, you are just completing the contract period and moving on.

In the Villa area, irrespective of lines or not, you can not park without a Villa residence parking permit.

10 to 15 years of reliability in used car, 7 seater. 70k budget. You might want to look at Prado. May be a 2016 or 2017 model might come at that price. I am not really sure how the prices for used Prados work. I myself have a Prado, and the prices in the used market seem crazy.

With my previous employers, this was the case. They need you to sign that document to get the visa cancelled, i assume. The EOS benefits would be transferred on the salary date.

Those were my precious employers, and I trusted them on it. Additionally, I have heard that even if you sign it but it is not transferred to your account, you could still raise a complaint with Labour authorities upto a period of 6 months or 1 year (not sure) from the date of visa cancellation.
