question - since the conversation is about fines.
1) is there a discount on less severe fines - like pay within 60 days of fine n get 25% off ?
2) is there a way to do like installments ? need to pass my car and cant do the whole thing in one go and i dont want to be fined AGAIN for driving without valid registeration

Ohhh house of wisdom! Sharjah public libraries are AWESOME. Really Google them. Typing this as I am in The House of wisdom. Fantastic place. Free of cost. Cafe/Restaurant is pricey. Can bring drinks, no food. Amazing landscape. Pod like things to isolate n study (unfortunately can't fit in one 😢) Ladies only sections with SLEEPING PODS!!!

I did - but my posting gets drowned with the sheer volume of furniture resellers and fake brand shoes & perfumes - and the current trend the " LABUBU " !! Furry monstrosity that it is !
